What Groop is

Groop is a marketplace where groups post activity requests and verified group activity providers respond with tailored offers. Groop facilitates the introduction and, where applicable, a booking deposit. The activity itself, including any pick-up or transfer a provider includes in their offer, is provided by and is the responsibility of the supplier. Groop does not plan or book travel to a destination.

For groups

• Posting requests is free.
• Keep negotiation on the platform until you accept an offer; contact details are exchanged at acceptance.

For group activity providers

• You must be a verified small business. Verification decisions are at Groop's discretion.
• Attempting to exchange contact details before an offer is accepted (circumvention) may lead to suspension.

Liability

Providers are solely responsible for the delivery, safety and quality of their activities. Groop provides the marketplace "as is".
